 FAQs

  • Yes! We require credit cards to hold your appointment and request 24 hours for any changes in order to not occur any fees

  • If you’re not in love with your new retail purchase, you have 7 days to make a return.

  • We do! Gift cards must be presented and used at the time service is rendered. Gift cards are nonrefundable and not replaced if lost or stolen.

  • Children under 10 are allowed in the salon when they have an appointment.

    If you are the one receiving services, children need to be accompanied by another adult, who is not receiving services. Due to the chemicals we work with and the hot or sharp tools your children's safety is our first priority. Children coming in for a service may be asked to reschedule if the child begins crying or moving their head excessively. This can be traumatizing to the child and dangerous for the stylist. 

    Please understand that our concern is for the safety of your child, for other guests, and for our staff.
